As founder of RDA, Gene is principal-in-charge responsible for direct oversight of our academic projects. Since 1985 he has been involved in more than eighty PreK-12 school design projects.
Steven Watchorn is an architect and senior project manager whose approach to educational design is methodical, hands-on, and collaborative, enabling him to meet project milestones and client goals.
Molly is an MCPPO-certified Project Manager who has spent 19 years in the design industry. As RDA’s Director of Community Relations, Molly provides clients with a resource focused strictly on outreach, listening, and communication between their community and our design team.
George brings more than 36 years of experience in the field of architecture, programming, planning, and design to our firm. Besides running operations, he is an adept project manager and presenter, facilitating advantageous solutions to challenging assignments on behalf of our clients.
Steve has been designing educational projects for more than 20 years, and serves as RDA’s director of design.
Angela is a talented architect and RDA’s Sustainability Design Coordinator. She is a key contributor to the firm’s Prek-12 portfolio. Angela specializes in creating natural daylighting solutions and healthy interior environments for our Massachusetts public projects.
John is a top-performing and results-oriented construction management professional with over 40 years of experience and an exceptionally strong track record of successfully managing a vast range of complex construction projects.
Sabreena Kolchikambla is a project manager and designer with 20 years of experience working on projects in the Education, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors. She has both local and international design expertise.
Mark Coughlin leads the architectural design team in the synergistic coordination of architecture and engineering disciplines to ensure the highest quality standards. His responsibilities include project due-diligence, estimating, code analysis, writing specifications, and development of construction details for contract drawings.
